Wittick Building completed a full kitchenrenovation and wider home refurbishment in East Barnet. The property neededmore than a simple kitchen replacement, so the work began with a carefulstrip-out and preparation phase before the new kitchen and finishes could beinstalled.
The original kitchen was removed, and theroom was taken back so the condition of the walls, ceiling, floor and servicescould be properly assessed. This allowed the team to deal with the practicalbuilding work that sits behind a reliable finished result.
Work included floor preparation, subfloorrepairs, damp proofing, self-levelling, underfloor heating, rewiring, plumbingalterations, plastering, roof and Velux work, a new sash window, bifold doors,exterior plumbing and final kitchen installation.

Ali removed damaged render to the front of the property and replaced with new. He worked in the torrential rain to get the render removed and then returned to complete the job, tidying away and leaving a good finish. He was very clear communicating what needed to be done and kept to his quote.
