Very pleased with my lovely new bathroom in a space which previously had no water so vital plumbing required. Completed work looks really good and I also have a utility area. I have used Ali Wittick for nearly 20 years for all kinds of jobs, big and small. He has very high standards and is a trusted and reliable workman. He is always considerate, polite and friendly. Ali has completed at least four projects for us including strengthening collapsing brickwork over the garage entrance, woodwork repairs, painting, and relaying granite patio paving. On our recommendation, friends had extensive work carried out by Ali to repair the leaking roof on their house and to make good the damage caused by the leak. His work is of excellent quality and very affordable. On occasion, he has not charged for minor work. It is good to have someone we can trust and rely when we need to have work done.
Ali removed damaged render to the front of the property and replaced with new. He worked in the torrential rain to get the render removed and then returned to complete the job, tidying away and leaving a good finish. He was very clear communicating what needed to be done and kept to his quote.
We used Wittick Building Ltd to convert an unused study into a toilet and utility room. This involved new plumbing and electrics as well as building work and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Richard and the team completed the work with real skill and care and offered helpful suggestions along the way (e.g. for extra storage) to deliver the best possible result. They were also extremely tidy and considerate and we felt the price for the work was fair. We would happily recommend Wittick Building Ltd and have already approached them for our next project.
